I have signed with DTN before and it was okay but Isaiah really went above and beyond for us. He was friendly and gave us a warm welcome to our new DTN community. He was respectful and considerate of us, the current tenants, as well as the property. He made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know and helped us get the best deal possible. I’m really pleased with how clear and concise he communicated with us as well. Absolutely perfect experience. I could not have asked for a better person to show me my new home.

We were nervous about being so far from campus in the beginning, but Collingwood was everything we needed and we are really sad to be moving out in just a few weeks! It is always quiet from residents, the only noise you will hear is from the train and from the weird factory building next to the complex. The views are really pretty with the river in the background, the parking lot is never above 75% full either. Be prepared to utilize the bus, which is only about a 7 minute walk. The winters were difficult as the sidewalks, main street, and parking lots were never really plowed. I love the atmosphere and the people though, everyone is pretty calm and really friendly. The maintenance is fast and they're nice. We really made this apartment feel like home! In the nice weather, the giant outdoor patio is awesome! I've lived in other complexes that are a lot newer with very competitive amenities, and while the laundry issue and work out room is not ideal, every other pro makes up for it and this has been my favorite apartment so far. The electric bill is anywhere from 12-28 a month for two people, the heat is free! A great price for what you get.
